Sending a new patient welcome packet will create a favorable impression of your office before they even step a foot in the door.  Yes, in this electronic age, it is easy to display your registration forms on your website and just tell new patients to go there to fill them out. Yes, that works for some potential new patients, but not for all. Sending potential patients a new patient packet full of information invites them to your office with a personal touch!
